Shipping Options available on leaky Pipe

Our standard shipping costs are simple beacuse it is the same for any weight order, however, the method of despatch will vary according to the items you have bought.

Small orders and fittings (small enough to fit through your letter box) are sent via First Class Royal Mail.  Some larger orders are signed for Royal Mail.

Larger orders involving pipe and timers will be sent by courier and we use UKmail and DHL. We have found them very reliable and the progress of your order can be tracked. You will be informed by SMS (if you have provided a mobile number) and e-mail of progress. Deliveries are made Monday - Friday. Deliveries will need to be signed for. If you are not going to be in to recieve your goods, you can leave 'special delivery instructions' when placing the order for the packages to be left in a safe place. Please note the 400m rolls are as large as a van tyre. If you have asked for goods to be left in a safe place of your choice, the responsibility for their safety is yours, once they have been delivered.

UKmail and DHL delivery is generally next working day for UK mainland, 2 day delivery for Highlands and Islands and Northern Island. Please bear in mind that we may not be able to despatch your items on the day you made the order, therefore, the delivery times below take into account possible delays in despatch.

For deliveries to Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and AB postcodes, delivery charges are dependent on the order amount (inc VAT). Orders under £20 are sent by Royal Mail FIrst Class post (same as rest of UK). Delivery charges for orders over £20 are tiered according to order value as shown in the chart below.

Goods may be in more than one package (especially multiple rolls of pipe or timers). Connectors and some smaller timers may be found taped to the inner side of the roll of pipe (check under the film wrap).
